Mark S.Vitcov CPA, CMA MBA
Managing Partner
Mark Vitcov is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tandem Global Partners. Mark has a broad range of business experience in private equity, consulting, management, and finance. Prior to founding TGP more than a decade ago, he held senior level positons at Goldman Sachs Special Situations sector and at operating portfolio companies of Goldman Sachs where he led global finance within consumer product, technology and manufacturing companies.
At Goldman, Mark had represented closely held business and family offices, venture back and private equity owned businesses and public companies both domestically and internationally. Strong cross-border M&A expertise with transactions in Europe, Asia, Israel and Australia. Completed over 180 M&A transaction over a 18 year career.
Mark received a Bachelor of Arts, in Accounting and Commercial Law from Temple University and a MBA in International Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mark is a Pennsylvania CPA and CMA.
Steve Winkleman, CFA, MBA

Mr. Winkleman was formerly a Partner at Bain Capital . Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Winkleman was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Previously, he has also worked in the U.S. Treasury and the President’s Council of Economic Advisors. Education Mr. Winkleman received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was the Ford Fellow and a Palmer Scholar, and he received a MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.
Niles Gold, CFA

Mr.Gold was formerly a Partner at Bain Capital and was responsible for the firm's fundraising and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Gold worked for Wellington Management Company, LLP in Boston between 1990 and 2000. Education: Mr. Gold received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from the Darden School.
Andy Tilman, CPA, MA

Mr.Tilman was formerly a managing director at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldma Sachs, Mr. Tilman was with Morgan Stanley for nine years, most recently as Executive Director in the Private Equity Fund of Funds business, responsible for fundraising and investor relations globally. Prior to 2003, Mr.Tilman was financial sponsor coverage officer for Morgan Stanley, overseeing relationships with Bain Capital Europe and other private equity firms. Mr.Tilman also worked for the financial sponsors group at JPMorgan and for HVS International. Education: Mr.Tilman graduated from Cornell University in 1991 with a BS and received an MA from London City University in 1994.
