Mark S.Vitcov, Managing Partner

 

Mark Vitcov is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tandem Global Partners. Mark has a broad range of business experience in private equity, consulting, management, and finance. Prior to founding TGP more than a decade ago, he held senior level positons at Goldman Sachs Special Situations sector and operating portfolio companies of Goldman Sachs where he led global finance within consumer product, technology and manufacturing companies.

 

At Goldman, Mark had represented closely held business and family offices, venture back and private equity owned businesses and public companies both domestically and internationally. Strong cross-border M&A expertise with transactions in Europe, Asia, Israel and Australia. Completed over 180 M&A transactions.

 

Mark received a Bachelor of Arts, in Accounting and Commercial Law from Temple University and a MBA in International Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mark is a Pennsylvania CPA and CMA.

 

Andy Tilman, Partner

 

Mr.Tilman was formerly a managing director at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Tilman was with Morgan Stanley for nine years, most recently as Executive Director in the Private Equity Fund of Funds business, responsible for fundraising and investor relations globally.

 

Prior to 2003, Mr.Tilman was financial sponsor coverage officer for Morgan Stanley, overseeing relationships with Bain Capital Europe and other private equity firms. Mr.Tilman also worked for the financial sponsors group at JPMorgan and for HVS International.

 

 Mr.Tilman graduated from Cornell University in 1991 with a BS and received an MA from London City University in 1994.
